The Tour de France has started. What has this to do with dogs? Actually nothing, no dog can run alongside the bike throughout the full stage. Nevertheless, we would like to highlight just one rider: Yukiya Arashiro

Arashiro is a Japanese rider who is in the Lampre-team in 2016. He participated in the 2009 Tour de France, and was the first Japanese ever to ride this Round along with Fumiyuki Beppu. In the fourth stage of the Tour de France 2012, he received the award from the most inspiring fighter after a long breakaway. No real classification rider, a 65th place was his best performance in the Tour ever.

So why Arashiro? He goes almost nowhere without his dog "Corin." Even today, according to the photograph that appeared on Twitter, Corin is again at Mont St. Michel. For Corin it might be hoped that his boss quickly ends the race, we follow Arashiro with a little extra attention. His twitter is @YukiyaArashiro
